Chloe has a very natural talent in bringing out, and seeing the best in someone.

She has been coaching me for a few weeks now, and made such a dramatic and positive influence on my eating and exercise habits.

At first I wondered how this health coaching could be any different to any other program or diet I had tried previously.

Without even trying that hard, she has helped me to control my portion sizes through conscious eating, listening to what certain food types do for my energy levels, and to not exclude the things I really enjoy completely from my life.

I can now enjoy a glass of wine or sweet treat without guilt, and i’ve still lost inches relatively easily.
