The 4 Things I Learned That Fast-Tracked My Health Coaching Success!

There were four important things that had my business grow fast! 

1. Put yourself in a room where you are the newbie and grow FAST! So I did, a mastermind filled with 6-figure coaches
2. Surround yourself with high-vibe, strong woman who know and understand your journey and are where you want to be. 
3. Have a coach who will support you, empower you and hold you accountable so when you need a kick in the butt or some guidance on behaviours you can’t see, someone has your back. 
4. Get out of the tech and preparation – you are never ready and what if you invest all your time and effort in to it and once you actually take on enough clients realise it doesn’t suit your needs. You don’t know what you don’t know so why waste precious time on something that is designed to help you save time when you aren’t busy with clients who pay your bills. When you are busy and getting paid, then do it or pay someone to!

There’s a mindset I learned from being around powerhouses who had made it… 

These women show up BIG for their desires. 

They say stuff it, and JUST DO IT anyway!

They follow their intuition.

And invest for the best future they can possibly imagine and get to have NOW ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

And what’s really clear, we don’t stop because things get tough.

We don’t hide when things go wrong. 

We show up BIG for our families, our futures, our mission.

I love these women for what they stand for and their tenacity. 

They want to make a big difference. 

They will literally do what it takes to make it because the alternative is just not an option.

Some think we are reckless for doing things differently or “extravagantly” – investing, travelling, being coached, pricing ourselves as we do. 

That’s BS. 

Life is rigged for the bold. 

And seriously, who ever did anything great by following everyone else…

Hmmmm….

So Love, it’s time to be courageous, outrageous and inspirational! 

Let others see what is possible from your bravery! 

Today is your day to rise up, be bold and take the lead!
