We want you to absolutely love your experience with each and every lash artist at SassMe. If for any reason you are unhappy with your results or any aspect of your service, please contact us within three days ​so that we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues. Customer service is the most important thing to us!

Arriving Late

Your appointment time is booked especially for you. If you are running late, please let us know in advance if possible, and we will do our best to accomodate your appointment, however time may not permit for us to complete your full service. This means that your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to ensure that we are running on time for our next client. If you arrive fifteen minutes late or more, we will need to reschedule your appointment so that our lash artists can provide you with the best quality of work.

For all lash extension services, please remove eye makeup with an oil-free remover or lash cleanser prior to your appointment, or arrive early at the salon so that you are able to do so. We can provide you with a our lash wash and brush.

If it is your first appointment at the salon, please arrive 5/10 minutes early to fill in a new client form, and a consent form.


All bookings will require 40% booking fee. The deposit is transferrable, if more than 24 hours notice of an appointment change is given.

Cancellations

If for any reason you need to cancel or change your appointment, please do so ASAP. We need at least 24 hours notice. This ensures that we can offer your appointment time to somebody else. Anything less means that clients on the cancellation list will miss out. Please let us know as soon as you possibly can if you need to cancel. Failure to give us at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation, will result in a 40% cancellation fee.

Appointment non-attendance will result in a 100% cancellation fee, and gift vouchers will be void. Full payment in advance may be required for clients with a history of non-attendance or cancelled appointments without 24 hours notice.

COSMETIC TATTOO CLIENTS

A non-refundable booking fee of $100 (as at 15th July 2023 bookings) was required to make this booking and should have been paid in the salon or request for payment via email or over the phone. This fee will be deducted from your 2nd session appointment. In the event that you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 72 hours' notice, the booking fee will be forfeited as a compensation for the loss of time and income incurred by our small business.

Payment

All appointments (except tattoo clients) require 40% deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is transferrable to another appointment time, if more than 24 hours notice of a cancellation/change has been given. Deposits can be paid online, over the phone with card details, or in person at the salon. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept payment by cash, EFTPOS, VISA, MasterCard and AfterPay.

Children in the salon

As a courtesy to all other clients and for the safety of your children, we ask that you try to make child care arrangements for your appointment time. We do not allow any children left unsupervised in the salon under the age of 13. Our work involves an extreme amount of concentration and focus, and is extremely detail oriented. We strive to provide the most enjoyable and relaxing experience for everyone while visiting the salon. We do make exceptions if the appointment is 30mins or less but we ask that you bring something to occupy them and ask you not to feed them food while sitting on the couch. When booking an appointment with Sarah, you also have the option of a private room which is also more ideal for babies.

We kindly ask that you do not provide food for children while sitting on our beautiful green coach.
